A well-established retail group with stores in Nicosia and Limassol, are working with GRS to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for one of their stores in Limassol.  The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry and must be fluent in Greek and English.  If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join one of the most reputable group of companies with the opportunity to grow professionally, we are looking forward to receiving your application for this Limassol based Assistant Store Manager role.
 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work alongside the Store Manager and the team to achieve the store’s monthly sales target
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager in training the team and in creating a motivational environment for employees
  • Plan and organize the daily activities
  • Ensure that the store is in excellent condition
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
