Our client, a reputable legal company based in Larnaca, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The role combines technical legal expertise with client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment. We are seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in law from a well-respected university and members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide legal advice on regulatory, employment, immigration and IP related matters.

Interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, policy guidance, and case law.

Monitor legislative and policy changes and advise clients.

Manage clients with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Communicate complex legal issues clearly and professionally.

Liaise with government bodies on behalf of clients.

Work collaboratively with partners, and lawyers.

Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and professional development activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
An LLB from a well-respected university.

Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

2+ years of experience in a relevant regulatory/migration/employment related legal role.

Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
