MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Track the market news and corporate events and determine the implementations on the clients’ accounts accordingly.

Liaise with various departments (e.g., TSE (Trading Software Engineering), Product & Partnership, Customer Service) for account setup and operational needs.

Apply hedging strategies provided by Senior/Managerial staff.

Monitoring of client’s transactions and activities through Risk Management software and analyze data and develop it efficiently.

Respond to customer service inquiries promptly.

Address client complaints effectively and professionally.
-
Facilitate withdrawal requests.
-
Manage internal transfers and sub-accounts.
-
Approve leverage requests as per guidelines.

Prepare weekly swap reports.

Monitor daily profit and loss.
-
Track positions in A, B, and C books.

Monitor price accuracy.
-
Track trade flows and spreads.
-
Identify and rectify instances of incorrect pricing.
-
Provide detailed client reporting and analysis.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant experience. Any certificates related to Economics, Finance and Technical Analysis are considered an advantage

0-3 years of experience in a relevant field

Excellent Spoken and written English Language

Excellent in using Excel

Very good Financial Markets Knowledge

Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Ability to work within shifts that cover 24 hours

Working Hours for the shifts: Shift (A) 7:00am – 3:30pm, Shift (B) 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Shift (C) 11:00pm – 7:00am

These shifts are changed and shared every month and our Client make sure that each employee doesn’t do a *C* shift more than once a month.
