GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading international organisation within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector, currently seeking an Aviation Dispatcher to join an upcoming project in Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project, with the position offered on a temporary contract basis for approximately 12–24 months. The successful candidate must speak fluent Greek & English with Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Aeronautical Science, Logistics, or equivalent. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and supervise aviation operations supporting offshore and onshore activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective flight services.

Manage flight dispatch activities, including flight planning, passenger and cargo logistics, manifests, and operational monitoring.

Coordinate aviation contractors, airport/heliport operations, and interfaces with offshore assets and logistics teams.

Ensure compliance with Company HSE requirements, aviation regulations, and aviation safety standards.

Support emergency response activities, including MEDEVAC, SAR, and evacuation operations, while maintaining aviation documentation, reporting, and operational performance monitoring.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Aeronautical Science, Logistics, or equivalent (technical aviation background acceptable).

Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, or aviation logistics.

Experience in offshore Oil & Gas aviation operations, preferably helicopter operations.

Good knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO, EASA, IATA), flight dispatch processes, weight & balance requirements, and aviation logistics.

Experience in coordinating aviation contractors, airport/heliport operations, and offshore aviation activities.

Fluent in both Greek & English
