B2B Sales Account Manager (Online Payments)

On behalf of our client a professional payments service provider, GRS are looking to recruit a B2B Sales Account Manager for their offices based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least one year’ experience in a Sales B2B role within the payments solutions industry. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.    
  • Working closely with BizDev department on converting incoming leads
  • Managing new and existing clients through their journey with the company
  • Explaining our value proposition to potential clients
  • Additional products and services upselling on a daily basis
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Maintaining efficient and friendly relationships with clients through regular communication, education, and retention
  • Reaching and exceeding KPIs, ensuring constant growth of customers' volume
  • Actively networking and socializing, traveling to meet clients if needed
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management in a Payments Solutions company
  • Fluent business level English, other languages are an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills (experience dealing with B2B clients is an advantage)
  • Excellent problems solving skills
  • High level of organization with fine attention to detail
  • Advanced efficiency in Microsoft and Google products, Internet, CRM systems
