On behalf of our client a professional payments service provider, GRS are looking to recruit a B2B Sales Account Manager for their offices based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least one year’ experience in a Sales B2B role within the payments solutions industry. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with BizDev department on converting incoming leads

Managing new and existing clients through their journey with the company

Explaining our value proposition to potential clients

Additional products and services upselling on a daily basis

Providing a high level of customer service

Maintaining efficient and friendly relationships with clients through regular communication, education, and retention

Reaching and exceeding KPIs, ensuring constant growth of customers' volume
-
Actively networking and socializing, traveling to meet clients if needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management in a Payments Solutions company

Fluent business level English, other languages are an advantage
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong client relationship management skills (experience dealing with B2B clients is an advantage)

Excellent problems solving skills
-
High level of organization with fine attention to detail

Advanced efficiency in Microsoft and Google products, Internet, CRM systems
