For this position we are searching for a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for supporting Back Office in its daily operation providing essential assistance to the Financial Institution . MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Review and monitor transactions and accounts for suspicious activity and plausibility.
Correspondence with clients over email and phone.
Request and review transactional supporting documentation and clarification from clients, analyse responses and form conclusions over activity.
Conduct investigations and resolutions for swift messages.
Collect information and documents regarding clients to assist in constructing the customer profile.
Document decision making on CRM and supporting tools.
Working closely with the compliance department.
