MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist global Sales and Support teams to utilise licenced software and systems to execute their roles effectively and achieve continued success
  • Help to coordinate and administer systems and processes training to new client facing staff across the global business
  • Assist with the coordination and communication with third party service providers to optimise and enhance IT systems (eg CRM) with the clear aim of optimising our client’s user experience
  • Assist in the testing of new and innovative communication solutions that will help to improve business efficiencies, streamline client onboarding and account management and increase trading revenue
  • Help to optimise currently utilised systems (eg VOIP, FYNXT CRM) to make internal processes more efficient
  • Liaise with front office teams to understand local business requirements and help prioritise, schedule, oversee and implement any necessary development work
  • Help to operate general projects aimed at improvement of all systems and processes
  • Any other duties reasonably required for the role
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous work experience as a Back Office Executive
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software
  • Self-motivated and confident with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once while meeting deadlines
  • Effective time management and a good team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to learn how to use new IT systems
