An STP Forex brokerage firm offering superior financial instrument orders, safekeeping, and even financial research, are working with GRS to recruit a Back Office Officer to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role. You will be joining a company committed to maintaining the highest level of public trust, fairness, honesty, transparency and integrity. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures.
  • Client account KYC document checks.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to client funds.
  • Providing suggestions on system enhancements.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage.
  • 6 months experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Efficient and strong detail oriented.
  • Computer and numerically literate.
  • Eligible to work freely in the EU.
  • Willing to work on an 8-hour shift rotation between 09:00 to 23:00.
