On behalf of our client, a well-established and CySEC regulated company operating in the Forex Industry based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Back Office Officer to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate must at least a year of previous working experience in a similar role.   • Performing KYC and due diligence checks
  • Ongoing clients monitoring for AML purposes
  • Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
  • Amending and terminating clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
  • Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers)
  • Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies
  • Record keeping of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4)
  • Sending accounts’ statements upon request
  • Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
  • Handling of customers’ complaints
  • Registering disputes and chargebacks
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • University degree in Business Administration/ Economics and Finance or any other similar discipline
  • At least 1 year previous working experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage (preferably Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of the team
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Target oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and strong time-management skills
  • Possession of the Basic/Advanced CySEC certification will be considered as an advantage
  • Flexibility to work on a weekly rotational basis: Monday-Friday 12:00 – 21:00 and/or 14:00 – 23:00.
