GRS are working with a well established Brokerage company to recruit a Back Office Officer in Limassol. Our client is looking for a team-player who is familiar with working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. If you think this could be you.   • Performing KYC and due diligence checks
  • Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
  • Amending and terminating clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
  • Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers)
  • Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies
  • Sending accounts’ statements upon request
  • Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
  • Handle customers’ complaints
  • Registering disputes and chargebacks
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Good command of English language
  • Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
  • Attention to detail and target oriented
  • Basic/Advanced CySEC certification is an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry is preferred
  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar is an advantage
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, 10:00  - 19:00 & 14:00 - 23:00
