Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and is looking for a motivated professional to join their back office team to enhance their operational effectiveness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transaction Processing:
Accurately process and reconcile daily transactions, including:
Data Management:
Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality including:

Manage share register entries

Generate tax reporting to clients

Opening financial instruments in our database

Maintain and update security data
Compliance:
Process Improvement:
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in back office operations or banking is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
