Our Client a CySEC licensed company who provide Forex trading services and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on assets including forex, indices, metals and energies. For their offices in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Back Office Specialist who will be responsible for providing support to the Company’s management as well as to its clients, making sure that all back office, customer support and administrative procedures are in full compliance with the regulatory framework, as well as the professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain high professional standards, acceptable business practices and internal standards.
  • Follow internal procedures and control regulations.
  • Follow Back-Office Department procedures set up in cooperation with the Compliance Officer.
  • Implement, execute and continuously monitor KYC procedures to all potential and existing clients in cooperation with the Compliance Officer.
  • Follow the existing archiving process of customer data (trading data, accounting data and personal data).
  • Validate, collect and update documentation provided by clients. 
  • Ensure that all clients’ information is up to date at any time in the company’s database.
  • Process applications for the opening of new clients’ accounts. 
  • Amend existing clients’ accounts.
  • Provide support to clients and prospects, assist with all kinds of requests received by phone, email or live chat.
  • Manage withdrawals and process, and monitor clients’ payments.
  • Participate in Back Office software development and improvement.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 1 year of solid experience in Forex CIF
  • Knowledge of CySEC Laws and Regulations
  • Knowledge of CRM and Back Office systems
  • AML Certification will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility and multitasking skills
  • Attention to details and procedures
  • Good command of English language
