MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end bank assurance operations for life and non-life insurance products from a commercial perspective.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner banks at all levels.
- Lead joint planning and execution of sales campaigns, training programmes, and performance reviews.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities for product development and process improvement.
- Act as the main liaison between the insurer and bank partners to resolve issues and explore growth opportunities.
- Creativity and development of commercial strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the channels through a shared vision that is centred around the customer.
- Performance analysis and KPIs.
- Ability to understand how insurance products integrate with banking services and how synergies between both sectors can be leveraged.
- Capability to develop commercial strategies aligned with the goals of the bank and insurers, including marketing campaigns and promotions.
CANDDIATE PROFILE
- At least 5 years experience in the financial services industry.
- Deep knowledge of insurance, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Understanding of the bank assurance model: Ability to understand how insurance products integrate with banking services and how synergies between both sectors can be leveraged.
- Leadership and management skills: Team management, leadership to coordinate and motivate both the commercial network and the internal teams of the insurer, ensuring alignment of objectives. Generation of incentives, training, and development.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
