A prestigious hospitality and real estate group are working with GRS to recruit a Boatyard Attendant (Crane Operator), for their Limassol operation. The successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operations and assisting with the management of an efficient, safe and profitable facility in accordance with Group’s principles, policies and procedures. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the highest standards of the site safety, repair/maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in accordance with Group’s standards.

Implement the daily boatyard schedule as agreed with the Management, ensuring completion of all routine inspections and tasks.

Follow the boatyard operations calendar, using the travel hoist, boat mover, forklifts and trailers to provide services.

Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in all the operations.

Build and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with the guests and residents.

Assist with implementation of the Annual Maintenance Plan, ensuring all checks and inspections, routine maintenance and servicing and respective record keeping are completed on time and, where possible, carried out by employees.

Carry out all other duties for smooth running operations and assist the staff in such matters as may be reasonably required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of 1 year of technical experience or a relevant educational certification

Professional fluency in English & ideally Greek or Russian.

Excellent customer orientation skills.

Eligible to work in Cyprus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
