A newly established real estate and development company is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join the team in their Limassol-based offices.   The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience within a construction company.  If you want to join a company with new projects and opportunity for growth, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Bookkeeper role.  
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and customer payments.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain a filing system for financial records and ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with budget preparation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of tax laws and regulations.
