A leading Hotel & Construction group is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their team in Mosta. You will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives, communications, and platforms in addition to managing a portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing and have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

Planning and execution of communications and media actions on brand channels, including online and social media

Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding

Budget Management

Competitor and customer insights analysis

Stay current on market trends and competitive activity

Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media

Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative

Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / Digital Marketing

Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Strong and in-depth knowledge of web and social media platforms

Outstanding communication skills

Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
