MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate the bus on designated routes, ensuring the timely and secure transportation of passengers.

Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.

Ensure all passengers adhere to safety regulations, including seatbelt usage and proper boarding/disembarking procedures.

Follow assigned routes and schedules accurately, making adjustments as needed to account for traffic and weather conditions.

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

Manage ticketing and fare collection processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Handle emergencies and incidents calmly and efficiently, providing necessary reports to the company.

Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team regarding route changes, delays, or any issues that arise during the shift.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Valid Driving Licence: Category D

Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
