GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an International Investment Firm based in Limassol who are searching for a Business Administrator to join their successful and International Team. The successful candidate will offer previous experience in a Business Administrative role with excellent organisational skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, maintain, and development of the register / systems of electronic and paper document management in the company and ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.
  • Build correspondence with counterparts - accountants, auditors, service providers
  • Processing invoices and uploading them into the file system
  • Preparing, filling and maintaining the Agreements and other related documentation
  • Timely updating information about the company and related documents
  • Automation of loading invoices from mail using scripting tools MS Office / Teams and / or Python
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports for management
  • Coordinating the purchase of tickets and hotel reservations
  • Organization of regular online and offline meetings within the company, if necessary - organizing large-scale meetings with contractors
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 1 year of experience in business administration
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial reporting
  • Advanced MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness to details and deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Skills of business correspondence and building relationships with counterparties
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Fluent Russian would be a plus
  • Knowledge of data processing languages (SQL, Python) would be advantageous
  • Experience with task and project management systems, CRM would be a plus
  • Willingness to develop and learn
