A global Accounting & Advisory firm is looking for Business Advisory Professionals to join their Advisory team in Malta. You will join their Finance and Deals team which provides advice to clients on corporate finance, transaction services and valuation and other related services. The ideal candidate will be educated to MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Economics or Management and ideally be working towards (or considering) the CFA. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of client engagements.

The strategic analysis of financial data

Financial and business modelling

Providing consultancy to companies on corporate and financial transactions (including financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions)

Providing advice to businesses on financing, capital expansion and capital efficiency (including financial re-structuring, valuations, capital market transactions)

Bespoke business and financial advisory engagements in various industry sectors
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Economics or Management; or

You possess, or are working towards attaining, the CFA designation
