MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Get into the detail, understanding, analyzing and providing great recommendations on approach

Bring people from around the business together to gather the requirements and create the right technical solutions

Scoping out what is required, by who, when and how long it is going to take

Be a pro at bridging development and testing for user stories, acceptance criteria and all things JIRA

Contribute and assist in Ad hoc projects

Continuously assist improve our agile ways of working
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Passionate about work with a great attitude

Able to investigate, obtain and extract information…then be able to articulate that back

To take a concept and turn it into a process, a system or a journey

Able to understand all the technical details

Be knowledgeable in all thing’s BA and projecty, different methodologies, processes, tools and techniques

Have experience in a Business Analyst role with a desire to grow into a Senior role

Able to adapt to your approach and add value to the team
