MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Can plan, organize and structure work

Act as liaison between client and technical solutions groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements

Create and design specifications as requested by Clients

Assists the Support Department in performing their duties by complementing their technical knowledge with Business Subject Matter Expertise

Provides Second Level and Business-Related Support to Clients

Performs and/or supervises the Testing and Quality Assurance of developed / implemented functionality to ensure it adheres to the detailed requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
-
Technical Proficiency in RDBMS, preferably MS-SQL will be considered as an advantage.

Fluent in English and one other language (preferably Greek)
