GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known Forex Brand who are searching for a Business Analyst to join the team working closely with heads of departments and business units in order to understand the needs by proposing changes to improve the business performance. For this role we are looking for a candidate who has at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analytics or Analytics role preferably within the Forex, FinTech or Financial Services industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with Stakeholders and Heads of Departments and/or Business Units to understand their business needs and support their operations and development by identify opportunities for improvements and make proposals

Develop and monitor Business Metrics and Business KPIs

Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes

Test business processes and recommend improvements
-
Monitor and create business performance analysis and optimisation

Create analysis of deviations in business performance
-
Research the market and develop competitors’ analysis
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related field
-
Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)

Good knowledge of SQL
-
Fluent in English language (on a business level)

Strong customer management skills (understand the needs of stakeholders and manage their expectations).

Ability to multitask and to meet strict deadlines

Positive can-do attitude

Ability to work well as a part of a team

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
