MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with Stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Retention, Customer Support, Risk-Management, Finance and Compliance) to understand both their high-level needs and detailed requirements

Strong knowledge of document writing methodologies. Create high quality and mature requirements for development (“as is” documentation, “to be”- BRD preparation, technical documentation, BPMN diagrams preparation, presentation preparation, writing regression testing documents)

Ability to communicate in the language of the business and translate into the language of IT in collaboration with Developers

Liaise between QA Team and Development Team: Act as a mediator to prepare recommendations regarding the approach to testing

Understanding systems: Back-end, Front-end, Mob-app, external systems by giving the best knowledge for improvement and systems modernization (including “as is”, “to be” documentation preparation, process modeling)

Evaluate current business processes in the company, document them, identify problems and shortcomings in the systems

Participating in the release management procedure
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Experience in the Forex Industry, or Financial Services/Fintech is required
-
4+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst

Experience with project management methodologies

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

Strong communications skills, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously

Experience with project & task management systems such JIRA or Redmine, VISIO, Microsoft office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ability to prioritize requests and issues based on an understanding of their scope and impact

Must be able to work both independently and in coordination with other team members

Excellent written and verbal communications in English
