A leading Energy Drink Manufacturer is looking for a Business Development/ Brand Manager to successfully steer their product to further success in Malta. The role will involve the 360-degree aspects of getting the product on the shelves, from stock management to distribution and of course sales. This role will eventually lead to a General Manager position for the right candidate and is an excellent way to grow your career in FMCG. This product has a good presence in Malta, and it will be within your remit to increase sales to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the FMCG sector, ideally with soft drinks knowledge. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily stock take in the company's warehouse
  • Distributing Energy Products in the entire territory of Malta
  • Building new business relationships, maintaining the existing business relationships 
  • Negotiations with new and existing business partners
  • Executing promotions 
  • Supervises the installation of displays
  • Communication and cooperation with the company's Hungarian office (Budapest)
  • Coordinating the everyday work of sales representatives and delivery persons 
  • Administrative tasks
  • Report daily work directly to the company's director
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Vast experience in the distribution of FMCG products
  • Preferably have work experience on the market of soft drinks 
  • A hardworking individual, who works well under pressure
  • Have  extensive business relations
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (Maltese is preferred but not a deal-breaker)
