Our client, a well-established family-owned property developer, are working with GRS to recruit a Business Development Executive to be based in their Larnaca office. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an enthusiastic and expanding team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contacts new affiliates of the Company to introduce the company, its products / services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new affiliate.
  • Conducts an induction program to new affiliate
  • Informs affiliates of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiates for a different commission structure
  • Constantly communicates to affiliates the various products and marketing campaigns
  • Arranges meetings with affiliates to drive business development
  • Provide an ongoing professional guidance to affiliates and follow up on queries ensuring that they receive the best level of service
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
  • Develops market analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Prepare agendas, proposals, and documents for internal and external meetings
  • Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to sales Coordinators
  • Plans and prepares presentations about the company’s products and services
  • Plan and attend events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
  • Travels to various locations and attends exhibitions and educational meetings
  • Maintain professional relationships that meet the company’s core values
  • Train and help team members develop their skills
  • Post information regarding the company’s products and services to relevant forums
  • Make suggestions and proposals to commercial manager for the improvement of the department
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with success track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English languages
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Dynamic individual able to take initiatives and demonstrate commitment
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft office software
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Ability to travel extensively around the world
