On behalf of our client, a growing Financial Technology company with their Head Office based in the city of London and fully regulated by the FCA, GRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must have experience with Business Development speaking and negotiating  with Senior management within either the Fintech or Forex industry. The role requires a candidate who can build relationship and understand the needs of a client and be able to sell in the key factors of your product. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and manage a pipeline of large new sales opportunities 
  • Introducing market leading multi asset STP offering, benefits & USPs to prospective clients 
  • Apply knowledge of the markets, business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth 
  • Negotiate contracts 
  • Continue to maintain relationships with key decision-makers 
  • Collaborate with sales & account team and/or other business units where required and has oversight of all sales activities within the territory 
  • Forecasting - keeps management in touch sales activities, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, and gives feedback to other internal stakeholders 
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge on all products and solutions 
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Extensive experience in new business sales 
  • Educated to Degree level or the equivalent
  • Strong understanding of FX/CFD and Crypto participants and their trading business models and workflows 
  • Strong understanding of electronic trading uses in the brokerage industry 
  • Deep eFX/CFD and Crypto product knowledge 
  • Relationship building skills 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency 
  • Problem-solving--the ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs 
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization 
  • Ability to travel 
  • Fluent speaking in English with additional relevant languages ideal 
  • Professional experience in B2B software sales 
  • Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing deals while exceeding sales targets 
  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement 
  • Passion for enterprise software, great products, startups and the business of innovation
