On behalf of our client a well-established tax, legal advisory, and corporate services firm providing a wide range of services to both local and international clients, GRS are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Malta-based offices. The successful applicant will have at least 3 year’s previous relevant experience and will maintain and grow the firm’s local and international client base. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify new business development and growth opportunities

Develop new business relationships, follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Meet with prospective clients to promote our services

Build business cases to facilitate decision making

Conduct research on current market conditions, industry trends, and monitoring of competitors

Build long term relationships with new and existing customers and ensure client satisfaction

Represent the Firm at events and conferences, both locally and abroad
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong drive for results and target-oriented

Strong people skills and approachable personality

Excellent English communication skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

A degree level of education in a related field

Over 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably with financial services
