MAINS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitive strategies to identify and pursue sales opportunities

Prepare compelling proposals and quotations

Create product/solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, identify areas for improvement or growth

Research and develop knowledge about the product, industry, and target customers for use in sales calls and presentations
-
Gather customer feedback and present it to the engineering and sales teams to inform product development and sales strategies

View and track sales leads and the sales funnel, forecast sales targets and report on sales performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in electrical/electronic engineering, business, or related field
-
At least 2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles in technology and SaaS product sales

Experience in initiating and leading meetings
-
Proficiency in English and Greek languages (verbal and written)

Strong attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills
-
Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft services (Office, OneDrive etc)

Driver’s licence and car – expenses will be reimbursed
