A global Medical Consultancy company which provides Air Ambulance / aeromedical services is looking for a Business Support Executive in Malta to provide support to the Commercial Team, ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of core company services to their clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work in collaboration with Operational Teams to monitor contract renewal dates, contract values and prepare simple proposal documents.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in preparation and conclusion of contracts and onboarding of new clients.
  • Research for potential prospects.
  • Ensure that the Sales Pipeline document is kept updated with accurate pipeline information.
  • Assist with client communication, administration and resolutions of queries and problems.
  • Support the Bid Team in the preparation of bids and all ancillary support for the timely compilation and timely submission of tenders and proposals.
  • Support the Bid Team by collating and updating of Business Development Central Information Depository as required.
  • Assist Commercial Team with the development of sales documents, templates, proposals, and quotes.
  • Conduct regular analysis of trends in tender info requirements to keep up to date with internal record-keeping/statistics needs from other departments.
  • Validate and update all applicable vendor portals with review of information on a regular basis.
  • Collect and update information, relevant contacts, validation of info and email contacts for potential relationships.
  • Administration of Annual Subscriptions.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and develop plans accordingly.
  • Good knowledge of Office Automation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and another language, ideally French or Arabic or Spanish.
  • Experience in providing administration support.
  • Experience in a client facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to beat deadlines and perform multiple tasks at the same time.
