A global Payments Services & Software company is looking for a talented Business System Analyst to join their Technical Services team in Malta. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and Internal functions in the gathering of client requirements, performing gap analysis, preparing use cases and implementing solutions at client sites. The ideal candidate will be in possession of a degree in computing or a similar recognised qualification, have knowledge or experience in business analysis and user stories. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaise with clients and Internal functions to meet business demands
  • Gather client requirements
  • Perform gap analysis
  • Prepare user cases
  • Implement solutions at client sites.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • In possession of a degree in business & computing or a similar recognised qualification
  • Knowledge or experience in business analysis (experience in IT Business Analysis will be considered an asset)
  • Knowledge of user stories or use cases
  • Familiar with software development methodologies
  • Good communication skills, able to perform under pressure and can deal with and solve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives and fluency in written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in the payment industry or financial sector
