On behalf of our Client a well-established payments provider is working with GRS to recruit a call center administrator to join their well-established team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to the Company’s existing and future customers.   • Provide customer support ensuring faithful observance of the code of professional and customer service
  • Processing telephone calls in the expected time and within the quality time frame of the company
  • Providing information about company’s products and services
  • Resolving all customers issues
  • Monitoring company’s systems and the handling of the department tasks regarding the processing of various transactions
  • Recording of system problems (incidents) for their immediate resolution with the involved departments
  • Monitoring of card transactions for timely and effective detection of fraud cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-handling skills
  • Good command of Greek and English languages
  • Good handling of main systems
