On behalf of our Client a well-established payments provider is working with GRS to recruit a call center administrator to join their well-established team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to the Company’s existing and future customers. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based call center administrator position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide customer support ensuring faithful observance of the code of professional and customer service
  • Processing telephone calls in the expected time and within the quality time frame of the company
  • Providing information about company’s products and services
  • Resolving all customers issues
  • Monitoring company’s systems and the handling of the department tasks regarding the processing of various transactions
  • Recording of system problems (incidents) for their immediate resolution with the involved departments
  • Monitoring of card transactions for timely and effective detection of fraud cases
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-handling skills
  • Good command of Greek and English languages
  • Good handling of main systems
