MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the team of the Call Centre Representatives

Deal with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone

Answer client’s requests

Promote products and services to clients and train the members of the team to use similar practices

Optimize customers’ satisfaction

Maintain professionalism at all instances
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written

Previous experience in a Call Centre environment

Experience as a Call Centre Teal leader will be considered as a major advantage
