GRS are looking to hire vibrant and highly skilled Customer Service Representatives (on both full time and part- time basis) for the Communications and Customer Experience Division. The successful candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for supporting customers and driving satisfaction. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer exceptional experience to our entire customer base.

Be the point of contact for all queries and provide the best possible solutions to our customers’ needs.

Promote company offers, products and services to existing and prospective customers based on identified needs.

Provide online support through our alternative paths of communication (emails, online chat, social media, etc.).
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in both English and Greek.

Good computer skills.

Interest in telecommunications.

Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
