An automotive import company is looking for a Car Sales Representative to join their team in Malta. You will be welcoming customers, listening to their needs, taking them on test drives and sharing details of the fantastic deals and bespoke services the Company offers. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license and excellent sales skills (ideally car sales). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet, guide and inform customers whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all vehicles and lifting equipment
  • Cold call prospective clients to generate new business
  • Expand Customer database
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of current vehicle inventory
  • Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment; whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our product lines
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen rapport with clients
  • Issue quotations and assist clients in credit possibilities.
  • Coordinate test drives and assist clients accordingly.
  • Follow up with clients on queries and sales quotations.
  • Prepare and file sales documentation and other required documentation.
  • Deliver the purchased vehicle to the client, upon its completion of the pre-delivery inspection and in a timely manner.
  • Post special offers and products available for sale on the Company’s social media pages.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Be highly motivated and proactively target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Have excellent communication, customer engagement and interpersonal skills and able to provide an excellent sales experience
  • Have strong negotiating skills
  • Previous experience in a car sales environment is considered an asset
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence.
  • Training will be provided. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Excellent base salary plus commission
  • Working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-midday
