MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Form a brand portfolio and SKUs on the market, analyze the assortment and competitors
- Launch new products and adapt existing ones - from idea to implementation
- Organize certification, adapt labeling, packaging according to local requirements
- Work with R&D and external partners on innovations
- Plan marketing support: ATL, BTL, POSM, trade marketing
- Work with contractors: tenders, production, documentary support
- Participate in international exhibitions: organization, implementation, contacts
- Form prices, specifications, terms of cooperation with partners, support for importers and distributors
- Coordinate logistics, equipment relocation and work with unique raw materials
- Work with databases: Nielsen, MRC, Global Data
- Conduct and support research, potential market analysis
- Optimize the product line and calculate the effectiveness of models
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Higher education (marketing / economics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing manager / brand manager (preferably with European markets)
- Experience in independent project management
- Fluency in English
- Confident user of Excel (pivot tables)
- Understanding of the principles of pricing, assortment analysis, key brand indicators
- Basic understanding of Nielsen, MRC data, internal company reports
