One of the most prestigious Real Estate brands in Cyprus are working with GRS to recruit a CFO in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a CFO ideally in Real Estate and be a qualified accountant. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Negotiating, executing and monitoring business transactions, agreements and activities
  • Responsible for the Group's accounting and financial activities
  • Define and implement the accounting procedures for reporting and consolidation of all Group financial results' and budgets'
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of existing business and financial processes
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • CPA or ACA or ACCA qualified
  • 10+ years’ experience in financial leadership role in businesses’-oriented companies (Real estate activities – preferred (
  • Senior Leadership experience
  • Business oriented
  • English fluent capabilities
  • Experienced Excel user
