DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Defining and executing company's commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Leading and mentoring sales, marketing, and partnership teams to meet ambitious targets.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key B2B clients, including brokers and prop firms.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and guiding product positioning to stay ahead of competitors.  
  • Collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Analyzing performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Representing company's at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to expand our brand presence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven track record in senior commercial, business development, or revenue leadership roles, ideally in fintech, trading, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and partnership strategies, particularly with brokers, prop firms, or financial institutions.
  • Strategic thinker who can turn vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable representing the company externally at all levels.
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
