A fully regulated and licensed online broker which offers Forex and CFDs on major stock market indices, commodities, equities, and major crypto currencies is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to run the entity in Malta. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and the shareholder and be responsible for the general company organization (20+ employees). We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and negotiation skills as you will be required to represent the company with managers, banks, suppliers, authorities, and the Regulator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role and have sound knowledge of MiFid II directive. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview the company day to day operations and flows

Guarantee the respect of the legal, regulatory and AML laws, policies and procedures

Draft job description and job profile for each employee of the company

Assign Key Performance Indicator, budget and objective to all the company’s department

Ensure the company’s growth, drafting and running the firm’s strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 10 years' experience with a similar role is a must
-
Deep knowledge of MiFid II directive

Strong leadership and capable of team building

Well known individual in the industry with brilliant reputation

Excellent Knowledge of major trading platforms and players (competitors) in the FX and CFDs in the European FX market

Knowledge of CRMs and reporting systems

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English

Communication skills and able to deal with the Board of Directors, lawyers, Compliance Officer and the Regulator

Attitude for team leading, workflow organization, check and debriefing

Passion for the investment and online trading

Previous approval by any European financial regulatory authority (MFSA, CySEC, FCA, etc) will be a plus
