An international Cyber Intelligence R&D group focused on vulnerability research and exploitation is searching for a CEO to lead their function in Malta.  They have R&D centers in Europe, and provide advanced solutions to select global clients, operating under strict ethical and regulatory standards. The Malta office is the head office and strategic hub, responsible for marketing development, sales management, intellectual property, compliance, and overall strategic direction. The Maltese entity is a newly established company that requires building its full operational foundation, including infrastructure, team, and internal processes. It will serve as the center for group operations and strategic management, ensuring the company’s business substance, credibility, and leadership in the international cyber intelligence arena. We are seeking a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and ,establish its organizational structure, and drive its market presence in the global cyber intelligence industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Establish and lead  the Group’s headquarters and compliance center.
  • Build the company’s operational structure from the ground up, including infrastructure setup and team hiring.
  • Oversee global business operations, including client delivery, governance, and financial management.
  • Manage financial planning, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Drive business and market development in the international cyber intelligence domain.
  • Leverage existing networks and establish new relationships with agencies, cyber intelligence companies, cyber vendors and key stakeholders in the global market.
  • Represent the company in business negotiations, regulatory discussions, and high-level partnership opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven executive leadership in multinational or high-tech organizations.
  • Solid background in finance, law, governance, and international trade.
  • Experience managing technology-driven businesses in global markets.
  • Demonstrated success in market development within the cyber intelligence sector.
  • Established network of contacts with government agencies, cyber intelligence firms, and key industry figures.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic leader with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
