MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of a wide range of investment operations in the stock market
- Legal support for real estate investment transactions
- Oversight and management of contractual documentation
- Management of litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Supervision of legal department (team of 5 people)
- Handling related corporate matters: audit, accounting, and taxation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent command of the English language
- Strong expertise in corporate law across multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia)
- Proven experience in legal support of investment transactions (stock market & real estate)
- Solid knowledge of contract law and ability to manage contractual frameworks
- Experience in litigation management and dispute resolution strategies
- Familiarity with financial, audit, accounting, and taxation issues related to investments
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing legal teams
