On behalf of our client, a well-established global group of companies offering trading services, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their team by working on a hybrid model in Nicosia or Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous working experience of 5 years in a similar role within the FX Industry or via consulting.   • Lead and oversee the planning, development and execution of company’s marketing and strategies, initiatives, and plans
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations and ensure they project the company’s brand
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure the brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s financial and branding objectives
  • Establish a solid network of strategic partnerships
  • Define key performance indicator including measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success
  • Monitor and improve all activities on social media outlets, forums and blogs, in all languages
  • Staying up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies, and techniques
  • Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing projects
  • Oversee teams responsible for brand identity and brand reputation including graphic design, brand content & assets, social media and PR
  • Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition
  • University degree or any other related Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing marketing team within the Forex/Fintech industry, either inhouse or via consulting
  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and create best-in-class content
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with other departments to capitalize upon new opportunities for growth
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in the market and build awareness campaigns that account for these factors
