MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage projects/initiatives that maintain and enhance the business offerings and operations

Ensure support systems evolve in accordance with the business strategy

Develop and implement policies, procedures and controls that are consistent with the objectives of the Company.

Keep up to date with current market trends and align the business to reflect these.

Establish performance objectives and KPI’s for all functions which tie to company strategy and goals
-
Provide regular updates and reports to the management on activity and projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 5 years’ Experience in a similar role within a Financial Services industry
-
In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as Trading, Customer Support, Marketing etc.
-
Experience with CySEC regulations
-
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
-
Excellent leadership & communication skills
