MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set a vision for how technology will be used in the company

Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
-
Outline the goals for research and development and coordinate their implementation
-
Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services
-
Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements and keep Management Board aligned on them
-
Maintain a customer-centric outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market
-
Manage technology budgets and time frames
-
Stay on top of technology trends and developments and proactively introduce improvements into Technology roadmap
-
Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
-
Work effectively with all levels of an organization and beyond, including Management Board, Supervisory Board, investors etc

Be a mentor to team members
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
-
Fluent English language skills both written and verbal.
-
Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology
-
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in progressive technology companies
-
5+ years of Management experience
-
Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
-
Advanced use of modern computer software (Microsoft Suite) used for daily work-related activities.

Readiness to learn to use new programs and software
