For their team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Chief Technology Officer. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a managerial IT Manager role or CTO experience within the Forex industry as well as the ability to monitor and supervise teams of professionals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company

Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs

Outline the goals for research and development

Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements

Acting as a mentor to team members

Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to market

Managing technology budgets and time frames

Staying on top of technology budgets and time frames

Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
-
At least 4 years in a managerial IT Manager or CTO role within the FX industry

Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

Comprehension of budgets

Understanding of business planning

Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
