A well-established multi-asset investment fund established are working with GRS to recruit a Chief Technology Officer to join their Limassol based Family Office. This is a strategic leadership role critical to aligning the firm's IT infrastructure, data strategy, and AI integration with their long-term investment objectives. The successful candidate will architect and drive the implementation of a future-proof technology, data, and AI stack, enabling data-driven decision-making, automating internal processes, and embedding advanced AI technologies into the firm’s operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design of a secure, modular, cloud-native IT architecture.

Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into internal operations (e.g., memo drafting, fund analysis, reporting).

Manage relationships with technology vendors and data providers.

Build and maintain a unified data platform linking fund and market data sources.

Develop data models to support P&L, IRR, stress testing, and liquidity analysis.

Deploy and manage an internal GPT-powered assistant and automate knowledge extraction workflows using fine-tuned LLM agents.

Implement cybersecurity protocols ensuring robust access control, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps.

Build and manage a lean engineering and data team as needed.

Promote adoption of new tools and technologies through internal training and collaboration.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior technology leadership role.

In-depth understanding of investment workflows, financial data modeling, and analysis.

Hands-on experience with GPT-4, LLMs, Python, SQL, dbt, cloud infrastructure, and data pipeline construction.

Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and investment teams.
