On behalf of our client, a globally regulated CFD and Forex Broker with Head Quarters in Australia and further offices internationally, GRS are seeking to recruit a Chinese Speaking Back Office and Support Administrator to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Marketing within the Forex industry and needs to be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the onboarding of clients which include reviewing their KYC documents and updating client personal data
Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email, live chat and other supported communication channels of the company
Assisting other departments with Back-office requests
Degree in Business Management or any other related field
Experience within the Forex industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English both oral and written
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
A team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to work rotational shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to midnight and occasionally on weekends
