The successful candidate must speak fluent Chinese and be educated in a financial subject. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with Investors

Contact point between all Salespeople and the relevant Departments. Follow up on any pending Questions or Tasks

Handle the investment process, including Reservations, Agreements preparation, coordinating the funds receipt with Finance Department

Update Investor’s database
-
Assist Compliance Department in relations to investor’s review, gathering initial documentation and file preparation

Calendarized Reporting
-
Translations (Chinese/English)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
UK University Degree in related field (Finance, Economics)

Fluent in Chinese & English, both verbal and written

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Good team working skills
