Our client, a well-established and growing company in the property development and construction sector, is seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and project execution, leveraging their civil engineering expertise within the real estate landscape. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

Supervision and coordination of construction sites

Project scheduling and maintenance of project records

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Preparation of subcontractors’ payment certificates

Quality control of works

Monitoring and maintaining project schedules

Project measurements / quantity surveying
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of a degree in Civil Engineering
-
Registered with ETEK (Technical Chamber of Cyprus)
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction projects
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
-
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
-
Strong organizational skills

Integrity and professionalism
SALRY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €48,000 Gross Per Annum.

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 03:30
