On behalf of our Client, a Boutique Development Company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join their continuously expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer with solid experience in lead engineering positions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up the contractors and overseeing the process of the project

Follow up with suppliers

Reviewing deliverable from consulting team to ensure all deliverables comply with quality and quantity as per client requirements and specifications,

Coordination with other disciplines, client based and consultants for civil engineering inputs, schedules and related issues,
-
Attending inter discipline meetings,
-
Attending meetings with the multidisciplinary design consulting team,
-
Monitoring and meeting the project schedules on submissions of civil engineering deliverables,
-
Ensuring all deliverables comply with the current Cypriot/European laws and regulations for projects of this size and type.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelors/Master Degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering subject (Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering)
-
At least 5 years of experience in a lead engineering position or supervision on previous similar projects

Responsible for the Tenders
-
Member of ETEK
-
Effective communicator
-
Knowledge of English and Greek languages
-
Ability to operate with limited supervision
