An established property developer with offices headquartered in Paphos is looking for a Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and an in-depth understanding of construction procedures. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewing deliverable from consulting team to ensure all deliverables comply with quality and quantity as per client requirements and specifications,

Coordination with other disciplines, client based and consultants for civil engineering inputs, schedules and related issues,

Attending departmental meetings,

Monitoring and meeting the project schedules

Ensuring all deliverables comply with the current Cypriot/European laws and regulations for projects of this size and type.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
-
5 years’ experience in the construction industry
-
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
-
Fluent in English and Greek
-
Good knowledge MS Project, AutoCad, MS Office
-
Excellent planning and problem solving skills
-
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Team player with leadership abilities
